Virtual Speech Language Pathologist - Georgia
A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a K-12 educational setting in Georgia. This contract position spans the current school year and offers the opportunity to support students’ communication development through both in-person and teletherapy services. The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology and possess expertise in delivering teletherapy interventions.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience providing teletherapy services for school-aged children
- Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and student caseload management
- Strong assessment and individualized treatment planning skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication disorders
- Deliver services in both traditional and teletherapy formats to accommodate students’ needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations regarding educational and therapy services
