About the Position
ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school district team in Milledgeville, GA. This full-time, school-based role provides the opportunity to support students’ communication and academic growth in a collaborative educational environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines.

Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to goal-setting and service planning.

Implement evidence-based strategies to improve communication and academic outcomes.
Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Active Georgia SLP License (or eligibility to obtain).

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.

Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
