What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across grade levels via virtual platforms
  • Provide direct therapy services through individual and group sessions using secure remote technology
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams through virtual meetings and platforms
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert insights to educational planning processes
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff on communication strategies via virtual platforms
  • Monitor student progress through virtual assessments and adjust intervention approaches as needed
  • Support students with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices through virtual training
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations
  • Deliver virtual speech and language services across Fulton County schools

Required Qualifications

  • Active Georgia Speech Language Pathology License (required)
  • Active SLP License in your state of residence (required for virtual candidates)
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Strong proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and remote technology
  • Experience with teletherapy or virtual service delivery preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams
  • Understanding of special education laws and IEP processes
  • Reliable high-speed internet and appropriate technology setup for virtual services

Compensation & Contract Details

  • Competitive hourly pay starting at $55+ per hour based on experience and qualifications
