What You’ll Be Doing
As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Atlanta, you will play a vital role in supporting students with communication disorders and language needs. You’ll conduct evaluations, deliver therapy services, and collaborate closely with educators, families, and support teams to help students access their education and thrive academically and socially.
Qualifications and Licensure
To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a valid Georgia Speech-Language Pathology license and meet any state certification requirements for school-based practice. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders is required. CCC-SLPs are preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFYs) may also be considered based on district guidelines. Prior school-based or pediatric experience is highly valued.
