New School Year - Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Job
Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position with school districts in the Ashland, Wisconsin area. This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about supporting students with communication challenges and contributing to their academic and social success.
Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following local and state requirements to be considered:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
-
Active Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS)
-
Department of Public Instruction (DPI) certification as a Speech and Language Pathologist for service in public schools
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
-
Ability to pass background checks and comply with school district hiring procedures
-
Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Typical Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students' unique needs
-
Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
-
Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student outcomes
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
