Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time
Location: Ashland, WI
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week

Blazer Jobs is currently conducting interviews for experienced Speech Language Pathologists to fill a full-time role within school districts in the Ashland, Wisconsin area for the upcoming school year. We are seeking dedicated professionals passionate about supporting student communication and language development in a collaborative school environment.
Details:
- Location: Ashland, WI
- Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload: Elementary School Caseload, SLP conducting testing and evaluations. The district likes to discuss more details at the time of interview to see the best fit based on experience.
Requirements – Applicants Must Meet All Local and State Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Wisconsin licensure through the Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS)
- DPI (Department of Public Instruction) License for Speech-Language Pathology in schools
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; CFY candidates will be considered
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred
- Must pass background check and meet district onboarding requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
- Deliver direct speech therapy services to students in individual and small group settings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input on student needs
