School Speech and Language Pathologist | Arvada, Colorado
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is ideal for professionals holding an SLP license, with CCC certification preferred. The role is based in Arvada, CO, serving a K-12 school setting on a contracted basis for the current school year (CSY). Candidates with Credentials of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification are encouraged to apply. Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome; however, Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and Vocational candidates will not be considered at this time.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license; CCC certification preferred
- CDE certification required
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 38 students
- Willingness to provide treatment and services only (no evaluations or report writing)
- Availability for full-time, in-person schedule with consistent attendance

Position Details:
- Contract length: February 17, 2026 – May 29, 2026 (for Primary Academy role)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (35 hours per week)
- Grade levels: Primary Academy serves PK-3; overage support across 4 schools
- Caseload: 38 students receiving treatment/services only
- This is an on-site position with no virtual work options
Additional Information: Two full-time SLP openings are available under this contract. Candidates should specify which opening they are interested in when submitting their credentials. Please include all relevant certifications and licensure details with your application. The starting date for overage support is ASAP, with the same end date in May.
