This full-time, contract opportunity is ideal for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to support students across grades K-12 in a school setting located in Arvada, CO. The position is for the current school year (CSY) and requires onsite presence five days per week, with no hybrid work option.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students
- Collaborating with educators and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy goals as needed
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Certification as an SLP, with eligibility or holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly desired
- Pending Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification is acceptable
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a K-12 setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families
- Ability to work onsite full-time during the school calendar year
