This contract position runs from early January through late May 2026, supporting multiple elementary schools with a full-time schedule of 35+ hours per week. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering individualized speech-language therapy for preschool and school-aged children.
- Collaborating with bilingual consultation teams to support language development and communication needs.
- Conducting screenings, evaluations, and child find activities to identify students requiring services.
- Maintaining detailed documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Participating in collaborative planning meetings and communicating with educators and families.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure in Colorado.
- Current Colorado Department of Education (DOE) certification for school-based practice.
- Experience or interest in working with bilingual student populations is strongly preferred.
- Eligible Clinical Fellowship Candidates are welcome to apply; Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are not eligible.
- Ability to work on-site full-time with no remote or hybrid options.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills for effective teamwork in educational settings.
