Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide teletherapy services to K–12 students in Vermont during the 2025–2026 school year. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling for both full-time and part-time clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual speech-language therapy services to K–12 students

Conduct evaluations and assessments in accordance with Vermont’s education standards
-
Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to individual student needs

Provide direct therapy and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals

Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes
-
Work closely with school teams and parents to support student growth
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Colorado SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) – required

Minimum 2 years of recent experience in school-based settings

Reliable high-speed internet and computer meeting teletherapy standards

Ability to pass a technology screening
-
Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
