Are you passionate about helping students find their voice and achieve communication success? We are seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team and support K–12 students throughout the school year.
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Current Virginia SLP licensure (or eligibility)
-
ASHA CCCs or CFY accepted
-
Experience working with children preferred (school-based experience a plus)
-
Strong collaboration and communication skills
-
Knowledge of IEP processes and special education procedures
Key Responsibilities:
-
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-
Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and support staff
-
Participate in IEP meetings and goal development
-
Document progress and maintain accurate student records
-
Provide guidance and resources for families and caregivers
