ProCare Therapy is seeking three full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school district in Arlington, Virginia for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. These are on-site roles with positions available at both the elementary and secondary level.

Caseloads across elementary and secondary schools
Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy services to assigned students

Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans

Collaborate with school staff and families

Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid Virginia SLP license or ability to obtain

Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
