Bilingual Spanish Speech-Language Pathologist | Full Time School Based Contract
Blazer Jobs is seeking a skilled Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support school districts in Arlington, VA, for the 2025–2026 school calendar year. This full-time, contract position is ideal for clinicians passionate about serving bilingual students’ communication needs.
Position Type: Full-Time | School-Based | Contract
Pay Rate: Starting at $49/hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct bilingual speech and language assessments in English and Spanish

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for bilingual students
-
Provide direct therapy services tailored to bilingual learners

Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams

Ensure compliance with IDEA and Virginia state regulations
Federal and Virginia State Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution

Valid Virginia license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
-
Demonstrated bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Completion of required background checks (FBI, State Police)

Authorization to work legally in the United States
