Local Candidates (Arlington area)

Pay Range: $50 – $58 per hour

Full-time school-based schedule aligned with the district calendar

Weekly pay via direct deposit
Travel Candidates (open to relocation for the assignment)

Equivalent Weekly Range: $1,668 – $1,924

Hourly equivalent: $56 – $67

Compensation structured with a lower taxable hourly base, supplemented by tax-free housing and meal stipends

Responsibilities

Provide direct therapy services to students with communication and language disorders

Conduct evaluations, assessments, and diagnostic testing

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
-
Ensure services meet compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
Requirements
-
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Active Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; supervision available for CFYs
-
Knowledge of IDEA regulations and IEP process
-
Ability to pass required background and fingerprint checks
