Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year in Arlington, TN. This is a full-time, on-site position serving a secondary caseload (middle/high school) at one school location, providing consistency and support throughout the academic year.
Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy in alignment with students’ IEPs
-
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in IEP development
-
Collaborate with school staff, families, and special education teams
-
Maintain accurate documentation and service records
-
Support student communication needs in both academic and social contexts
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Tennessee SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
-
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
-
Comfortable working with a middle and/or high school population
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
Must be available to work on-site throughout the school year
