Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state licensure for Arizona
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience working in a school-based or pediatric healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of IEP procedures and documentation
- Collaborative, adaptable, and student-focused approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students using standardized assessments and diagnostic tools
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in group and individual sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain detailed records and thorough progress documentation
- Contribute to school-based meetings and share expertise on communication-related topics
