Location: Archbald, PA
Pay Rate: Starting between $45 – $50 per hour, based on experience

Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements, including:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
-
Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist License
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows may also be considered
-
Knowledge of IEP development and compliance with state and federal regulations
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
-
Prior school-based experience preferred
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
-
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
-
Provide direct speech and language therapy in individual or group settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
-
Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and student progress
-
Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, providing professional recommendations
-
Support students’ communication development across academic and social environments
