School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Apopka, Florida

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in the state
- Previous experience in school-based settings is highly desirable
- Compassionate communicator who loves working with children K–8
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide counseling, intervention, and direct therapy services for speech and language disorders
- Collaborate regularly with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult on best practices for student success
