Seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for middle school settings in Apopka, FL, to provide essential speech and language services to students in grades 6 through 8. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to middle school students with diverse communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state regulations.
- Participate in team meetings, evaluations, and parent conferences related to student progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a closely related field.
- Current Florida State License to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required.
- Experience working with middle school-aged children (grades 6-8) preferred.
- Ability to work onsite with possible hybrid flexibility.
