This contract position focuses on supporting students from PreK through 2nd grade in early learning and literacy development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy in compliance with individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to assess and monitor student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of intervention strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to state licensure and certification requirements.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Professional SLP license with Florida Department of Health approval.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Experience working with PreK to 2nd grade populations in school-based settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage a caseload of approximately 37.5 hours per week.

Location: Sanford, FL
Assignment Duration: Contract for the current school year, ending May 29, 2026.
Work Schedule: Full-time (approximately 37.5 hours weekly).
