A School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for a full-time position in Antioch, CA, serving students from Transitional Kindergarten through 12th grade. This opportunity spans the academic year, starting August 3, 2026, and concluding May 28, 2027. The role involves working five days per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, totaling 40 hours weekly.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification for school settings
- Experience providing speech-language services to TK-12 students
- Strong understanding of school-based protocols and procedures
- Ability to deliver in-person services; virtual SLPs and SLPA candidates are not considered
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy and supports to students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
