Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) – Elementary Caseload
Location: Antioch, CA
Compensation: $50–$65 per hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-Time | W2 Contract
Schedule: Standard school hours, Monday–Friday
Work Setting: On-site preferred; hybrid may be considered
Contract Length: Now through the end of the 2025 school year
Position Summary
ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Antioch, California to fill a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position. The caseload includes elementary-aged students only, with a strong support team in place. While on-site services are preferred, the district may offer hybrid flexibility for experienced applicants.
Key Responsibilities

Provide speech-language therapy and support to students in elementary grades

Conduct evaluations, develop reports, and assist in determining student eligibility

Collaborate with IEP teams to create individualized therapy goals and monitor progress

Maintain detailed documentation and meet compliance requirements

Partner with educators and families to ensure consistent support in the classroom and at home
Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid California SLP license
-
ASHA certification (CCC) is required

Experience in a school setting, especially with younger students, is preferred

Must be comfortable providing services in person; hybrid may be an option after approval
