Qualifications and Experience:
- State-issued license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

- Comfortable utilizing digital platforms for assessments and therapy when working remotely
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of students to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop, deliver, and monitor personalized therapy sessions in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support students’ overall learning and success
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation, reports, and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team process
- Provide guidance and resources to educators and families to facilitate students' speech and language progress
