A position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite therapy services across multiple schools in Anoka, MN. This role is travel-based within the Anoka-Hennepin district, covering several maternity leaves with varying start and end dates to ensure consistent student support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech therapy services in a 3:1 service model: three weeks of direct therapy followed by one week of indirect services.
  • Manage an elementary school caseload including typical early school students and some students in Setting III CDC.
  • Focus exclusively on therapy services; evaluations are conducted by a separate team.
  • Provide services across multiple locations including elementary and middle schools within proximity in the Anoka area.
  • Collaborate with school staff to support student communication goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required.
  • School SLP experience preferred; open to candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF).
  • Ability to navigate diverse caseloads, including students with complex communication needs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple sites and coordinate services effectively.

Position Details:

  • Location: Anoka, MN area (travel required between schools).
  • Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
  • Caseload: Elementary and middle school students, covering maternity leaves from mid-December through May with varying dates by location.
  • The role includes on-site presence with some time split between buildings.
