School Speech Pathology | Anoka, Minnesota
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide essential services during the Extended School Year (ESY) program at a school located in Anoka, MN. This contract position begins on June 8th and offers an opportunity to support students during a critical period for continued growth and development.
Key responsibilities include delivering individualized speech-language therapy to students as part of the ESY program. The caseload and the number of service hours will be provided closer to the start of summer, allowing flexibility in planning. There is potential for contract renewal for the following school year based on mutual interest and performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Experience working in school settings and providing services aligned with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, administrators, students, and families.
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs.
