Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Ann Arbor, Michigan

A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought to provide comprehensive support within a K-12 educational setting in Ann Arbor, MI. This contract position is full-time during the current school year (CSY), offering the opportunity to use specialized expertise in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough student evaluations to assess speech and language needs
- Complete Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with school requirements
- Prepare Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team reports (METs) to support student needs
- Attend and actively participate in meetings related to student progress and planning
- Deliver speech-language therapy services during a 7-hour workday, 5 days per week
Desired Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience working in school-based environments serving K-12 students
- Familiarity with healthcare and pediatric speech-language pathology practices is advantageous
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Strong communication and collaborative skills for working with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals
