Remote Speech-Language Pathologist | Ann Arbor, MI
Soliant connects licensed speech-language pathologists with rewarding teletherapy opportunities in virtual K-12 education. Work from home while delivering high-quality speech and language services to students who need your expertise to develop essential communication skills for academic and social success.
Position Highlights:

What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized and informal assessment tools adapted for virtual administration. You'll assess students across all communication domains including articulation, phonology, expressive and receptive language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic skills. Your evaluations will determine eligibility for services and identify specific intervention targets.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address IEP goals through engaging, evidence-based interventions. Deliver direct therapy services via teletherapy platforms using digital materials, interactive games, and creative activities that maintain student motivation. Monitor progress systematically through data collection and modify treatment approaches based on student response.

Strong clinical skills across pediatric speech and language disorders are essential. You should understand special education processes including evaluation procedures and IEP development. While teletherapy experience is preferred, comprehensive training and support are available for clinicians new to virtual service delivery.
Technology Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Computer capable of running videoconferencing and therapy software
- Quiet, private workspace for confidential therapy sessions
- Proficiency with digital tools and virtual platforms
