ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in Anderson, IN for the 2025–2026 school year. This role supports students from Kindergarten through 12th grade, helping them build essential communication, speech, and language skills within a collaborative educational setting.
Both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply. Supervision and mentorship are available.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations for K–12 students
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy to students individually and in small groups
-
Address a broad range of communication needs including:

Articulation and phonological disorders
-
Receptive and expressive language delays
-
Fluency and voice disorders
-
Pragmatic and social communication challenges
-

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators
-
Maintain thorough and timely documentation of therapy services and student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
-
Active Indiana SLP license (or eligibility by start date)

CCC-SLP preferred, Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply with supervision provided

Experience with school-aged children preferred
