About the Role
We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year in Anchorage, AK! Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, working with PreK–12th grade students (with a strong focus on elementary and early childhood intervention).
This is an onsite role with district-provided resources and support from SLP Supervisors, ensuring you always have a collaborative team behind you.
What You’ll Do

Conduct evaluations to identify speech and language needs in students.

Create and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and parents.

Provide therapy services targeting articulation, fluency, voice, and language development.

Track student progress and adjust goals as needed.

Maintain detailed documentation and regularly communicate with families and staff.

Participate in school meetings and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active CO SLP license.
-
CFY or CCC accepted.
-
Experience with K–12 students (elementary preferred).

Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech therapy.
