Compensation Packages
We offer tailored compensation depending on whether you are local to Anchorage or open to a travel contract:
Local Candidates (Anchorage area)

Pay Range: $52 – $60 per hour

Full-time, school calendar-based schedule

Weekly pay via direct deposit
Travel Candidates (open to relocation for the assignment)

Equivalent Pay Range: $68 – $75 per hour

Weekly Take Home: $1,900 – $2,300

Compensation package includes a lower taxable hourly rate with tax-free housing and meal stipends

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs

Provide direct therapy to students across grade levels

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal standards
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Alaska SLP license (or eligibility prior to start)

CCC-SLP credential from ASHA preferred; CFs with supervision considered

Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and compliance requirements

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
-
Ability to pass district background screening and fingerprinting
