- SLPA: $30–$38/hour
Rates vary by experience, licensure, and contract type

- Provide direct online therapy to K–12 students
- Support IEP development and implementation
- Supervise and collaborate with SLPAs
- Deliver therapy online under SLP supervision
- Assist with treatment goal implementation
- Track student progress and support documentation
- Collaborate with SLPs and school staff
- Active or eligible Alaska SLP or SLPA license
- SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLPA: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- School-based experience preferred
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
- Reliable internet and technology setup for virtual therapy
