This opportunity is for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist serving an elementary caseload within a K-12 school setting in Los Angeles, CA. The assignment spans the current school year on a contract basis, with a potential extension that may involve a site change. This position offers the chance to work at one site, providing targeted support to elementary students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized educational plans.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification or eligibility (including SLP-CCC or current CF status).
- Experience or willingness to work with an elementary school caseload.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Available to start immediately through December 19th, with potential contract extension.
