Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in California. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a supportive school team and help students reach their full communication potential.

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)

Start Date: ASAP or 2025-2026 school year

Caseload: Based on experience and availability (mild to moderate)
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active California SLP license (or eligibility)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required

Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:

Provide therapy and assessments for students with communication disorders

Develop and implement IEPs
-
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff

Maintain accurate records and documentation
