Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Kansas SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred: infants, toddlers, elementary, middle, and/or PreK-12th
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptability to serve various age groups and settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to caseloads varying from infancy through high school, based on assigned location
- Conduct assessments, create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to foster student progress
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, therapy sessions, and reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring
- Offer services in-person, virtually, or in a hybrid model as needed
