A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a K-12 educational setting located in Sonoita, AZ. This contract-based role requires an on-site commitment of 40 hours per week, providing specialized speech-language services across a diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to K-12 students in a school environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state regulations and school policies
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
Qualifications:
- Valid state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- State teaching certificate applicable to SLP services in schools
- State fingerprint clearance card for school employment
- Experience with pediatric and school-based speech therapy preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fully on-site educational setting
Location: Sonoita, Arizona – fully on-site, no remote work option
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $45 to $50, commensurate with experience and specialty
