Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K-5
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students based on their needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support student development
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as an SLP within a school setting
- Credentials such as SLP-CF (Clinical Fellowship Year), SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence), or SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) preferred
- Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload and work with children from various backgrounds
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
