We are currently seeking a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team in the Houston, TX metro area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students overcome speech and language challenges to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. This is a full-time, school-based role working with a diverse population of students in various grade levels.

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team in the Houston, TX metro area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students overcome speech and language challenges to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. This is a full-time, school-based role working with a diverse population of students in various grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other school staff to support student progress
- Monitor and document student progress toward speech and language goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Educate and support families on speech-language disorders and therapy goals
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and school policies
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners and fostering inclusive environments
- Pay Range $40-$55 per hour (Based on experience)
