An exciting opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Eau Claire, WI, within a school setting. This contract position offers flexibility with two full-time openings and one part-time (0.8 FTE) opportunity, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The role requires working across multiple school sites, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapy services to students across all grade levels (K-12).
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.
- Some travel between school sites within the district is expected.
Qualifications:
- Valid CCC-SLP certification.
- Experience working in pediatric settings, especially within schools.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload that includes a range of ages and communication disorders.
- Previous experience with teletherapy is a plus.
- Current certification/licensure to practice in Wisconsin.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience as an SLP Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) welcome to apply.
Location: Eau Claire, WI (school-based role with travel between sites)
Work Schedule: Approximately 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, starting August 24, 2026.
