Student Population: Elementary (Grades K–5)
Support Elementary Students in Altoona, WI
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Altoona, Wisconsin for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, onsite opportunity focuses on an elementary caseload, offering the chance to help young learners build strong communication skills that set the foundation for lifelong success.
Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply. Supervision and mentorship are provided to support your transition into school-based practice.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations and screenings for elementary students

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy services in individual and small group settings
-
Treat a variety of communication challenges including articulation, language, fluency, and voice
-
Collaborate with general and special education teachers, school staff, and families
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in line with IEP goals and district standards
-
Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team discussions
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
-
Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility prior to start date)

CCC-SLP preferred, not required
-
Clinical Fellows welcome—supervision and support available

Previous school or pediatric experience is a plus
