A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide direct therapy services within a K-12 school setting in Alpharetta, GA. This contract position supports a specific school site within the Atlanta area, with placement determined upon assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels.
- Manage a caseload aligned with school guidelines and student needs.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state standards.
- Adhere to a strict 35-hour workweek schedule without overtime.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Georgia license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC).
- Current Georgia Department of Education (DOE) certification.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Ability to provide therapy exclusively in person; this position is not open for hybrid or remote work.
- Not eligible for Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) applicants.
Location and Schedule:
- On-site position with no remote or hybrid options.
- Service location within the Atlanta metropolitan area; specific site assigned post-placement.
- Contract duration through the current school year, ending May 28, 2026.
- Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week.
