We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed in Georgia to join our team. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' lives from the comfort of your own home.
Position Overview: As a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with ProCare Therapy, you will provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to students via teletherapy. You will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver effective therapy sessions tailored to each student's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions using teletherapy platforms.
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' educational goals.
- Provide training and support to school staff and parents on strategies to support students' communication development.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Georgia.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred.
- Proficient in using teletherapy technology and platforms.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
