School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Schnecksville, Pennsylvania

Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license required
- Valid educator credential (Instructional I or II)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in school-based or early intervention SLP roles
- Comfortable working onsite and traveling within assigned counties
- Demonstrated flexibility; able to serve both preschoolers and school-age students as caseloads shift
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services in person to preschool and, if assigned, school-aged students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and program requirements
- Provide ongoing communication and support to families and educational staff
- Adapt to changing school assignments and caseloads as needed during the academic cycle
