Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Allentown, PA
This full-time Speech Language Pathologist position offers an opportunity to work onsite within a K-12 school setting in Allentown, PA. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to early childhood communication goals
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
- Provide intervention services directly to students, both in individual and group settings
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications and Experience:
- PA State Speech Language Pathologist license is required
- Experience working with pediatric populations, specifically within school settings
- Familiarity with working as a Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) SLP or holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is highly desirable
- Competence in delivering services both in-person and via teletherapy is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and school staff
