ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K–12 students across Illinois for the 2025–2026 school year. Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct speech-language evaluations for K–12 students
-
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
-
Provide both direct and consultative services
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Maintain documentation in compliance with Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) standards
Qualifications:
-
Active Illinois SLP license (or eligibility through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation)

Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement preferred or willingness to obtain

Strong understanding of IDEA, IEP development, and school-based service delivery
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
