Support Elementary Students in Algonquin, IL
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in Algonquin, Illinois. This opportunity is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about supporting young learners in an elementary school setting during the 2025–2026 school year.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
-
Provide direct therapy in individual and small group settings

Address a variety of communication needs, including:

Articulation and phonological disorders
-
Receptive and expressive language delays
-
Fluency and voice disorders
-
Pragmatic/social language difficulties
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and monitor goal achievement
Participate in IEP meetings and team planning as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
Active Illinois SLP license (or eligibility by the start date)
CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply – supervision available
Preferred: Experience in school-based settings with elementary students
