Desired Qualifications:
- Active Virginia SLP License required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Commitment to providing on-site services (remote options not available)
- Ability to work effectively across different school locations; flexibility to travel as needed

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Document progress thoroughly and contribute to IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
