Do you have a passion for helping students communicate confidently and reach their full academic potential? We are seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support K–12 students throughout the school year.
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Current Virginia SLP licensure (or eligibility)
-
ASHA CCCs or CFY accepted
-
Experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
-
Knowledge of IEP procedures and special education compliance
Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
-
Create and implement individualized treatment plans
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
-
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
-
Document and track student progress
-
Provide resources and support to caregivers when needed
