Qualifications & Experience:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is required
- Experience working in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to relocate for the duration of the contract
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and collaborate with educational staff
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication challenges
- Provide therapy sessions—individually and in groups—to support speech, language, and social communication
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to student support plans
