Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Albuquerque, NM
Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school district team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with students, educators, and families to support communication, language, and academic success. Compensation Packages
We provide tailored pay structures for both local candidates and travel contractors:
Local Candidates (Albuquerque area)

Pay Range: $41 – $47 per hour

Full-time, school calendar-based schedule

Weekly pay via direct deposit
Travel Candidates (open to relocation for the assignment)

Equivalent Pay Range: $51 – $61 per hour

Weekly Take Home: $1,400 – $1,700

Compensation package includes a lower taxable base with tax-free housing and meal stipends

Relocation and travel support included

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
-
Provide therapy to address speech, language, and communication disorders
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
-
Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals and state/federal requirements
-
Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active New Mexico SLP license (or eligibility prior to start)

ASHA CCC-SLP credential preferred; CFs with supervision may be considered

School-based experience a plus
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Must pass district background and fingerprinting checks
