School Speech-Language Pathologist (K-12 Caseload)
Santa Fe, New Mexico | Full-time | July 30, 2025 – June 2, 2026
As a Full-Time SLP, you will manage a K-12 caseload of approximately 44 students. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language services, fostering communication development, and supporting academic and social-emotional growth for a diverse student population. Key Responsibilities
As our SLP, you'll:
- Assess K-12 students for communication disorders.
- Develop and implement IEPs with students, families, and staff.
- Provide direct and indirect therapy for a wide range of needs (articulation, language, fluency, etc.).
- Monitor progress, document services, and update IEPs.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and school conferences.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to integrate goals.
- Offer guidance and resources to staff and families.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
- A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- A valid New Mexico SLP license (or eligibility).
- ASHA CCC-SLP is highly preferred.
- Experience with K-12 school-aged students is a plus.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A collaborative team player who understands IEP processes.
